Family Time = Movie Time

I bet this is one of the top weekends for watching movies. Possibly even more movies than Christmas weekend. I mean I suppose a lot of people get movies for Christmas gifts, and they probably watch those too, but they probably get a lot of other gifts that they like to "play" with as well, so maybe there is more "movie watching" on Thanksgiving "weekend" (AKA...Wed. night through Sunday).

I don't know about y'all, but I know a LOT of movie watching went on here this "weekend." And actually, I'm not a huge movie watcher, but I was one this weekend (for some strange reason).

Let me know what movies y'all watched throughout this "weekend." Either at your house, or even out and about at the theaters fighting the shopping crowds and traffic!

I watched...

War of the Worlds
The Incredibles
Man of the House (with Tommy Lee Jones, not with Jonathan Taylor Thomas...HA!)
Super Size Me
Ladder 49

And a good portion of...
Along Came Polly
Toy Story

(of the movies listed above, the only ones it was a "first time" watching for me were War of the Worlds, The Incredibles, Man of the House, and Along Came Polly).

That looks like a good bunch. I still need to see Ladder 49 and all of Super Size Me.

I didn't get to watch many movies this break, but the ones I did watch were really good!

On the tv I watched:

Mom at Sixteen - it's a Lifetime movie, of course. It was pretty good (and pretty much about what the title is, hee hee) made my eyes water.

Big - the one with Tom Hanks where he wishes to be big and gets to be.

Then yesterday Dustin and I went to the theater and saw:

Rent - it's a musical about ppl living in NY w/ Aids, drug problems, sexuality issues, money issues, and some homelessness.

At first when he said he wanted to see "Rent," I thought to myself "I don't really care for musicals so I suggested Jarhead but he said he really wanted to see the other movie. So I went and actually ended up really liking it. We both want to see it again.

If there were any other movies I watched I don't remember. I wonder what Christmas will bring...
