Now my hubby is the Coke addict and I'm still trying to talk some sense into him. :)Malaysian Debsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03750003157638171069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160691083468680542006-10-12T17:11:00.000-05:002006-10-12T17:11:00.000-05:00If the double chocolate chip frappicino has coffee...If the double chocolate chip frappicino has coffee in it, it's very minute. They gave me a java chocolate chip once and I had to take it back - I could taste the coffee! Try the chocolate chip - it's delicious!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160674219659048362006-10-12T12:30:00.000-05:002006-10-12T12:30:00.000-05:00I don't drink caffeine. The other day I didn't drink any and I felt like I had no energy at all and I got a headache. My mom actually prescribed me to go to Walmart and buy some Diet Dr. Pepper that day. Sometimes I drink coffee but it has a much stronger effect and makes my hands shake and my heart go fast, which I don't like. I don't really care for Starbuck's b/c they are just too pricey. Oh, this reminds me. I heard of this new energy drink called "Cocaine," that is supposedly 350 times stronger than an 8 oz can of Red Bull -- talk about the potential for heart attacks... or at least panic attacks! Also, my mom read in one of her medical journals that Diet Dr. Pepper is the most addictive soda for women. I can see that!Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17484218784988095227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160612518059832992006-10-11T19:21:00.000-05:002006-10-11T19:21:00.000-05:00Belinda: I think you bring up a good point. So why not hangout and sip some coffee, right?! ;)

Okay...I really am ignorant on some things and "coffee-type stuff" is one of my areas. Isn't a frappicino a coffee with just some extra added stuff? I honestly, don't know the difference...HA!

As for hot chocolate. Now that I WILL agree on...nothing better than some hot chocolate when it is cool outside! YUM! But I bet their hot chocolate is like $3.50 a cup like their other drinks! HA!

I'd be lying if I didn't say when I paid the $3-something for that pumpkin spice latte yesterday I was thinking..."Man...that would have SOOO been like almost a whole extra value meal!" HA!FeedingYourMindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16542158699816108523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160603454192473342006-10-11T16:50:00.000-05:002006-10-11T16:50:00.000-05:00I don't like coffee at all! I've been getting the double chocolate chip frappicino all summer. DELICIOUS! It was a little cool this past week so I had the hot chocolate. Also very good!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160583048894081202006-10-11T11:10:00.000-05:002006-10-11T11:10:00.000-05:00I wonder if there is a nature vs. nurture thing go...I wonder if there is a nature vs. nurture thing going on here...

I grew up in a house where neither of my parents were coffee drinkers. My dad drinks it occasionally nowadays, but it is seldom. And as for "soda" (as it was during my latter part of childhood; "pop" when I was real young...it depended on the part of the state you were living in...HA!) we hardly ever kept it in the house as well. It was kinda a special occasion thing. Maybe a couple times a month was there soda in the fridge. And with 6 of us, how long do you think that lasted!? ;)

Nowadays it's basically just water for me. Well, I take that back. Juice in the mornings. I LOVE juices! Just about ANY kind! I've ever kinda abandoned my obsession with lemonade. I'll still get it from time to time when I go out to eat, but I'm really just a water drinker. When I'm reminded that I'm trying to be more healthy I'll drink a glass or two of milk...used to drink milk a TON when I was a kid. My family is milk FREAKS! But once I went off to college I didn't drink it as much...probably just didn't want to spend the money on it! HA!

Hmmm....trying to remember the last time I had a soda/coke/pop...FeedingYourMindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16542158699816108523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766973.post-1160568449070563432006-10-11T07:07:00.000-05:002006-10-11T07:07:00.000-05:00I don't drink coffee at all, but I still love Star...I don't drink coffee at all, but I still love Starbucks. I am a tea drinker, however. I get the Chai Latte (soy) or just a cup of hot tea, like Earl Grey.

I don't make it to Starbucks on a regular basis, but do have at least 2 cups of tea a day. Much better for you then coffee. :-)nicolegailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04965522016715320345noreply@blogger.com
